On the Town

Izzy and Papaw were nice enough to watch Aiden for the weekend so Mommy and Daddy could head down to Atlanta and visit with some California friends who were in town. It was great to get out on our own and to have a bit of the West Coast here in the South.

4th of July

We had a great 4th of July weekend relaxing at my parent's house and then watching the fireworks at Lake Junaluska. Since my dad works maintenance there, we were able to watch the fireworks from the rooftops of one of the hotels. Aside from sharing our space with dozens of exiting bats, watching the fireworks was great! Aiden had fun staying up late, and for a little town they sure did put on a great show!
